Kelly Korpusik

Kelly Korpusik is the Director of Vocal Music at Centerville High School in Centerville, OH.  Along with 4 other choral groups, Kelly teaches the nationally known a cappella group, Forte. She has been a part of their continued growth as they have competed in ICHSA competitions, recorded numerous albums, created many music videos, and have participated in many a cappella festivals and venues around the country, including Carnegie Hall.
 
Kelly received her Bachelor of Music degree in Vocal Music Education from Miami University. Besides teaching in the school system, Kelly has also given private voice and piano lessons for many years.  She was on staff with the Cincinnati Children’s Choir at the Cincinnati Conservatory of Music and performed in a professional chamber ensemble called the Cincinnati Camerata.
 
Kelly lives with her husband, golden doodle and 4 cats. She has a son and a daughter that are both currently in college and both sing in a professional a cappella group together called Vocalight.
 
Coolest Experiences to Date: Scuba diving with sharks, traveling with my family to Alaska, Hawaii & Italy, and seeing my own kids and my students reach their highest potential on and off the stage.  
 
Guilty Pleasure: Cold Stone Ice Cream, Sudoku, and watching movies with my husband
